Paying for treatment

Flexible financing, explained plainly

Implants are an investment in your health. Every patient’s situation is different, so we help you find the path that works best for you — and we put the numbers in front of you clearly at consultation.

You won’t find advertised monthly payments or teaser rates on this page — because an honest number depends on your treatment plan and your situation. What you will find is how we actually help.

Ways patients pay for treatment

Path 1

Your own resources

Many patients pay directly or use HSA/FSA funds where eligible — often the simplest, lowest-cost route. We provide the documentation your plan administrator needs.

Path 2

Healthcare lending

Third-party medical financing can spread the cost over time for qualified applicants. Terms and approval depend on the lender and your credit — we help you understand the real terms before you sign anything.

Path 3

In-house: SmileFund

Where appropriate, we offer in-house financing through our SmileFund program as an additional path. Whether it fits your situation — and on what terms — is walked through one-on-one at consultation.

Straight talk on eligibility: routine dental implants are not a Medicaid or Medicare benefit, and no grants exist for them. Most patients pay directly or through third-party financing, where approval depends on credit and lender terms. In specific medical situations, parts of full-arch treatment may be billable to Medicare or a PPO medical plan — see medical insurance billing. We’ll tell you honestly what’s realistic for your situation.
Insurance

What about dental insurance?

Coverage for implant treatment varies widely by plan — some contribute a portion, many contribute little or nothing. Rather than promise what your plan will do, our team helps you verify your actual benefits before treatment, so the plan you agree to is built on real numbers, not hopeful ones.

Peace of mind

Three-year warranty

Every full-arch treatment includes a three-year warranty, beginning on your surgery date. It’s part of the treatment price — not an add-on you have to remember to buy.

At your consultation we walk through exactly what it covers — and what it doesn’t — so you know precisely where you stand. Prefer not to have it? You can decline it at consultation and your treatment price is adjusted accordingly. For other implant treatments, we discuss warranty options individually. No pressure either way.

Questions, answered

Financing FAQ

How much do dental implants cost?
It genuinely depends on your case — the treatment type, the number of implants, any preparatory work, and materials. Rather than advertise a number that may not apply to you, we give every patient a clear, itemized figure at consultation, before any commitment.
Does insurance cover dental implants?
Coverage varies widely by plan, and many plans cover little or none of implant treatment. Bring your insurance details to your consultation — our team helps you verify what your specific plan actually covers so there are no surprises.
Do you offer payment plans?
We help you explore financing paths that can spread treatment cost over time — third-party healthcare lending for qualified applicants, and where appropriate, in-house options such as our SmileFund program. Approval and terms depend on the lender and your situation; we put the real numbers in front of you at consultation.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Many patients use HSA/FSA funds toward implant treatment where their plan rules allow it. Check with your plan administrator, and we’ll provide the documentation you need.
Is the warranty included in the price?
For full-arch treatment, yes — the three-year warranty is included in the standard treatment price, with coverage starting on your surgery date. It isn’t a “free” giveaway: it has real value, and if you’d rather not have it, you can decline it at consultation and your price is adjusted down. We explain exactly what’s covered — and what isn’t — before you commit.

Please note: routine dental implants are not a Medicaid or Medicare benefit and are primarily paid out-of-pocket or through third-party financing. If you have a credit score below 650, no co-signer, and require financing, we likely cannot help. Tooth loss with a medical cause may be different — see our medical insurance page.
